Returns and refunds
This policy applies to physical books and digital resources bought directly from Fonanza. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Physical books: You can cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. Email reachmills@gmail.com within that period, then return the item within 14 days. You pay the return cost for a change of mind. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll arrange an appropriate remedy. Eligible refunds include standard delivery and are issued within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence it was sent back. We may deduct an amount if an item has been handled beyond what’s needed to inspect it.

Digital downloads: You can cancel within 14 days unless you expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that your cancellation right would end once access began. Your statutory rights still apply if digital content is faulty or not as described.

The 14-day cancellation period and refund timing reflect the UK government’s guidance for most online goods.  Once you save the policy, its Shopify URL should be https://fonanza.co.uk/policies/refund-policy.
